Looking for help.

I have recently bought the HD M6600 and a sony HD LCD 40Z5500.

First time I plugged them in and went through the setup I had no problems. However when I turned off the TVX and TV and turned them back on the TVX settings had reverted to 480p and I was getting no sound.

I tried every variation of adjusting the settings on the box (and TV), applying the settings and saving on exiting from Setting Menu but all to no avail. A couple of hours and much frustration later.

Any ideas on what I can do?
