I just recently upgraded my firmware on my 6500a to 1.5.16. All went perfectly (so i thought) until i tried to reattach my tvix to my windows 7 pc to add a movie. I have a 1.5tb hard drive inside my tvix. Now when i attach the tvix to my computer it prompts me to format the drive. All the media is playable on the tvix end of things as if everything upgraded perfectly but now i am unable to add media to the drive or revert back to an older firm because i cannot access the drive through windows. Has anyone encountered this issue after they updated? Am i going to have to format the drive and lose all my media in order to access the drive via the pc again?

Thank you for any help.

Got the same issue on my 6600N. Don't know if it's related to the FW upgrade or not, but the last time it worked was just before I upgraded to 1.9.4

However, I've tried to roll back to previous FW and the problem is still there.

Have you resolved this since posting? Any Dvico employees available to comment on this?
