Excellent customer support

This is becoming unusual these days, but I want to express my very positive experience with TVIXbox customer support.
I got some strange instability problem with my M6500 unit purchased last july. It was working ok but recently started to reboot from time to time. After fighting with firmware versions and setup options I wrote to TVIXbox sales asking about warranty repair and RMA. RMA was issued next day and Mr. Leonard was kind enough to call me with some additional information. I shipped the unit to TVIxbox a day before Christmas. My realistic estimate based on multiple ecounters with different companies in Silicon Valley was that I might not see the box for the next month or so. However, brand new replacement unit was shipped to me in less than a week with e-mail notification and tracking number. And all this in the holiday season!

Great, effective and friendly customer service, quite an unusual experience. I am impressed and many thanks to TVIXbox team.

Hello....

I sent two emails inquiring about Dvico/TVIX products and never received
a response from customer service.

If this is an indication of excellent customer service....lord help me.
