Tvix Manager doesnt recognize M5000U

I am trying to download the firmware of the M5000U via Tvix Manager but the software tell me that there are not any Tvix connected ... also if the device is connected and I see all the folder

I have a M4000 (R2.X) but when I run tvix manager (latest release 1.57) I always get the same message "Not connected..." or similar.
TVIX is connected via USB and I can set password correctly ans see all files and folders; anything else fails - like recoding - with the same error message;
